WILDSOULJASwas created by Jessi Stensland and is currently based in Boulder, Colorado. Jessi offers group training sessions, one-on-one private training, personal consulting, sport-specific lessons and monthly workshops. She is a nature-lover, plant eater, movement explorer, mover and world traveler, who loves to learn, to discover, to play, to share and to live life to the fullest surrounded by likeminded people. WILDSOULJAS group training sessions are FUN, nature-based movement-inspired total body workouts for all levels and approximately ages 12 and up. They will be held both indoors and outdoors for up to 90 minutes and be a combination of movement training and exploration, total body strength, mobility, agility, play and more!
